A former bank building at the corner will be demolished for the 7 Brew development.
The coffee shop was approved by Winslow Township just a few days ago, but still needs to move through Camden County Planning Board approval which is expected to take 2 months.
This is the second area location approved for 7 Brew, with the first one coming to the Black Horse Pike in Washington Township.
That Turnersville location is being developed in front of the Harbor Freight store, and is already standing! See below for details on their free “Coffee and Drink Drops” for local businesses and organizations.
These area locations are being developed by franchise owners Shunori Ramanathan and Zach Rosskamm who have plans for dozens of location throughout New Jersey and the Philadelphia Metro region.
Another location is also in planning stages for Toms River.
7 Brew uses a unique development model where the core building is developed offsite in a factory environment and then dropped in place via a large crane! This is a design very similar to how Checkers develops locations.
This Winslow project will be developed by Doren Development who has extensive experience in Commercial Retail and Office Development.

And just like that, another 7 Brew coffee shop is on its way to South Jersey.
A stand was recently added in the Turnersville area of Washington Township by Zach Rosskamm and Shunori Ramanathan. Those same franchise owners plan to open a second location in Winslow Township, approximately 14 miles from where the first one will open.
The Winslow Township property is located at 528 Berlin Cross Keys Road.
The chain 7-Brew is a drive-thru coffee shop with approximately 352 stands around the country in 26 states. There were none in the Garden State until the Washington Township one was added.
What’s next for the 7 Brew?
A public hearing was held March 20 by members of Winslow Township's planning board at the Mayor Dominic Maiese Municipal Complex in Winslow Township, where the applicant — listed as G7B II LLC — was granted preliminary/final major site plan approval and bulk variance and design waiver/exception relief.
The plan is to demolish a commercial bank building and rebuild a 510-square-foot drive-thru coffee shop and 260-square-foot refrigeration shed, plus related site improvements.
The 7 Brew buildings are done by modular construction, meaning that they are prefabricated off-site and transported to the stand location for final assembly.
7 Brew history
The national chain 7 Brew, founded by Ron Crume and his family in 2017 in Rogers, Arkansas, offers a variety of coffee, smoothies, energy drinks, teas, shakes, sparkling water infusions and focuses on customization. It claims to have more than 20,000 unique drink combinations.
At these coffee stands, a person with a tablet typically greets customers at their cars and takes their order.
The seven original coffees included: Blondie, Brunette, Smooth 7, Cinnamon Roll, white chocolate mocha, German Chocolate and Triple 7
While approximately 17 locations are company-owned, most of the locations are franchised.
The application and supporting materials for the Winslow Township site, which include plans and reports, are available for public inspection at the municipality's planning board's office from Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

PISCATAWAY – Phillipsburg just ran into a juggernaut.
Perhaps that’s the best way to put it after Winslow’s 35-0 win over the Stateliners in Wednesday night’s Group 4 final at Rutgers’ SHI Stadium.
Phillipsburg kept coming, but the undefeated Eagles swarmed to the ball on defense and showcased their elite speed in gaining the methodical win.
Afterward, while the Winslow players and fans celebrated, accepting a trophy, the Phillipsburg players went to the other side of the field to face the school band. The Stateliners raised their helmets and swayed along with their supporters mouthing the alma mater. They then did their customary jumping jacks in a circle.
There’s a lot of pride and tradition with this program, and Phillipsburg made history in reaching its first state title game.
“I love this team,” Pburg senior Matt Scerbo Jr. said. “This team deserves to be here. I love my team. We fought hard – stuff doesn’t go our way sometimes but that doesn’t mean we didn’t deserve to be here.”
They sure did.
Phillipsburg’s memorable season included capturing the North 2 Group 4 sectional title with a dramatic win on a last-second field goal in the final seconds, and a run of nine straight wins.
But on a cold Wednesday night that featured snow at times, Winslow held a 318-66 edge in total offensive yards and opened a 28-0 lead at halftime.
Nyqir Helton had two interceptions which resulted in touchdowns, and Jaylen Parker threw a pair of scores to the Kentucky-bound Cam Miller.
“You know, we had our opportunities in the first half and we just didn’t capitalize in there,” Phillipsburg coach Frank Duffy said. “It could have been a different outcome there. We kept it close there, just missed out on some opportunities but you know what, our kids had a hell of a season. I’m really proud of them. They fought their tails off and I know it’s not the result we wanted but at the end of the day, I’m just damn proud to be their head football coach and appreciate these seniors. I really am. To get to our first state title game – what an accomplishment.
“We had multiple guys break records. Jett Genovese broke all types of quarterback records and Matt Scerbo Jr. broke all types of receiver records. Those guys are great. Just great and I wouldn’t want any other group to coach.”
They certainly showed their character in Wednesday’s game. Phillipsburg was coming off an emotional loss just six days earlier, falling 17-14 in overtime to rival Easton (PA) on its annual Thanksgiving Day game before packed stands at Lafayette College.
Could they shake it off? Could they mentally get up for another game?
It was the state final, after all, and this is a veteran, senior-led group. To do so, the Stateliners had to stop Winslow’s explosive offense led by the sophomore – but experienced – Parker, who entered with 4,189 career passing yards and 62 touchdowns in 20 games, and Miller (152 for 2,822 yards and 40 touchdowns in his career).
Phillipsburg answered any questions early by forcing a Winslow punt on the game’s opening possession. However, the Stateliners then punted on their first drive after getting pinned back from their 6-yard line following a sack.
Phillipsburg’s defense also delivered at times. Jayden Lucas’ sack early in the second quarter set up a third-and-26 from Winslow’s 47 and the Eagles punted.
However, Winslow took a 14-0 lead into the second quarter via a Parker to Miller 26-yard pass midway through the quarter and a Helton 67-yard interception return after he darted to the ball, snagged it and took off.
From there, Winslow kept coming.
Duffy addressed the Stateliners afterward, telling his players they had a great season and to "keep your head high" and "I appreciate you guys" and "I love you."
“It had to go our way a little bit,” a gracious Duffy said. “It just didn’t go our way. Sometimes in life it just doesn’t go your way and we’ve had a lot of moments that did go our way this year. But I’m so really proud of these guys for what they’ve accomplished. I really, really am.”
